CLTA-VA is a non-profit, nonpolitical academic and educational organization.The goals of this organization are:

To promote quality teaching and learning in Chinese language and culture at all educational levels,
To enhance pedagogical development and career advancement in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,
To maximize professional exchanges and collaboration among Chinese language educators.

We warmly welcome anyone who is interested in promoting the learning and teaching of Chinese language and culture in Virginia and other areas to join CLTA-VA.
